Divina Girouard MS, LCMHC, MLDAC

I specialize in co-occurring disorders therapy, working with children, families, and adults. Balance is a key part of a grounded life, though it can be hard to hold onto during difficult times.

During my 10 years of professional experience, I trained in a range of evidence-based modalities. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness approaches, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs through a collaborative process built on mutual commitment.

Adolescents and adults come to me experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, self-esteem issues, and substance abuse disorders. I’m also trained in co-occurring disorders therapy, supporting clients managing both substance use and mental health concerns. Therapy can be a good place to start — a space to gain perspective and identify what’s needed to move forward.
